How we started
Nomtmaral began trading printer and copier toner, accessories and spare parts, and repairing equipment, in 2000. The business was registered as Nomtmaral LLC on 9 November 2006 and has grown in the same field ever since.
Our team and resources
We work with 15 staff: a director, an accountant, two storekeepers, a senior specialist, three sales managers, four delivery managers and three on-call repair technicians. With 5 delivery vehicles we supply wholesale and retail customers from two branches:
- Head office and first branch: TEG 28 building, B1 floor, 4th khoroo, Sukhbaatar District
- Second branch, “Yes toner”: Erin Üe centre, west of Computer Land, 2nd khoroo, Chingeltei District
We also operate from our own production building in the 10th khoroo of Chingeltei District.
What we do
- Toner wholesale and retail, including colour toner
- Toner refilling, at our branch or on call
- Rollers and spare parts for printers and copiers
- Canon printer and copier repair
- On-call “office emergency” service: delivery, repair and refilling at your office
- Computers and office equipment, and industrial and mining equipment, spare parts and materials for organisations
Suppliers and customers
We import Canon toner and accessories under agreements with ASSEEL Graphics Co., Ltd (Hong Kong), ETRO Technology Co., Ltd, Zhuhai ETRO Technology Co., Ltd and Greencolor Technology Co., Ltd (China). We supply more than 150 public and private organisations and resellers in Ulaanbaatar, and sell to traders in Uvs, Bayan-Ölgii, Govi-Altai, Orkhon, Darkhan, Selenge, Bayankhongor, Khentii, Khövsgöl, Dundgovi and Zavkhan provinces.

Our vision is to meet our customers’ needs in full through printer toner supply and service, to assemble printer toner to international standards ourselves, and to grow into a leading organisation in Mongolia. Our mission is to deliver quality products and efficient, prompt service to organisations in every sector.
